Several times a year we open the doors so that you and your family can stop by Vesterhavsvej for a tour around the school, a cup of coffee and a chat with students or teachers about more or less everything related to everyday life here. Don't miss Efterskolernesdag - the biggest national Open House event for Efterskoler in the year - which always takes place on the last Sunday of September each year.
In the autumn holiday (week 42 in Denmark) you can get a taste of Efterskole life at our International Camp. This mini-camp runs every year at the same time and is a great way to meet other potential students from around the globe and experience living and studying at The International for a short time to find out if this is the school for you.

We know that many families have a long way to go to Vedersø! We also know that there can be challenges for everyone in getting their calendars ready. Therefore, you can ALWAYS book a time for a tour, either online or physically at the school to talk to both students and staff.
Are you only in Denmark on vacation? Or are the open house dates not really the optimal times for you? Then book a showround with us right here and let one of our staff members/students give you a tour around the school - and afterwards we’ll have a session, where we can answer all your questions too.
Let’s talk on Teams!
–Then you can “meet” The International… in your own living room
We have a lot of Team talks with families around the globe! And it is a great setup!
The Team talks can be set up at any time, and the duration is usually around an hour. We prefer to set you up with a staff member and a TI-students, and then you can hear from the student first how things are seen from their perspective - and after that you can have the rest of your questions answered by the staff member!
How to book a teams talk: Send an e-mail to info@theinternational.dk and we will arrange a date - and send you a link to the meeting. It’s super simple!

Try our International Camp during the autumn holidays.
Every year in the autumn break in October, we open the doors for potential future students to experience a bite-sized version of studying, living and enjoying all that Campus Vedersø has to offer in the form of an international camp.
We have taken the essence of what everyday life at Campus Vedersø can contain and cooked it all together into a 2-day taster of 'efterskole' life.
We focus on social activities, teambuilding, efterskole traditions, contact group fun and getting to know each other, eating, living and enjoying time together in a student room with your International Camp roomies. You will also be introduced to teaching in English.
International Camp is the perfect taster of what 'efterskole' life entails at The International. You get a taste of the "Everyday vibe" at the school together with others who are just as curious as you are!
The camp always starts on Sunday and finishes on Tuesday of week 42.
