What's the difference? A profile elective is offered up to 4 times a week. All other electives are offered once a week!

Mountain biking is a very popular elective! With a very skilled and enthusiastic instructor you'll bike around some of the trails near the school! The class is for all levels.
All the basic elements from gymnastics! Warmup, sequences, different styles and cool down.
Volleyball is for all levels. The class is about developing skills, tactical understanding and of course great team spirit. When the weather is ok we play outside on our two beachvolley courts.
Yoga is for all levels! And it is all about flexibility, inner strength, balance and mobility! It is a great supplement to lots of other physical activities, because it prevents injuries and improves range of motion!
Golf can only cater for a small number of players, and we go to the nearby Holmsland Klit golf course.
Lots of speed, technical drills - and of course game time! Basketball is great cardio - and for all levels!
Spinning is a very popular elective especially in the winter time! It's a class with lots of pace, great music and sweating! The perfect way to keep in shape during the wintertime!
